Monday Training

Distance: 7.5km
I struggled through the training session tonight. I had to make regular loo stops after each loop! After the warm-up we ran round the fitness circuit doing push-ups and sit-ups on the way. I avoided the chin-ups! I ran gently as I was fighting my tummy but it was great to see everyone. We ran the loops about three times before a warm down lap of Parliament House.


  1. At least there are numbers of toilet stops on the marathon course. Or are you expecting not to need them that early in the day?

  2. You'll have to slip the guards a few beers over winter so they keep the loos open :)
