  2. Ruthie, now that Ewen knows your secret and adds to his already extensive and intensive running program a second run each day, he will be beating me! That might even start happening tonight in the 5k!

  3. Spody, I'm not racing the 5k. I have to shop for vegemite sandwiches, salt and vinegar chips, chocolate and other items I might need to sustain me on a 45k bush walk interspersed with some jogging.
