The Quick Brown fox ran out of sight!

Morning 6.15am - Gym
RPM - 45mins spin class
15mins abs class

Afternoon 5.20pm - Run
Distance: 16.34km
Time taken: 1:45
Average pace per km: 6:26 (a little slow but comfortable chatting pace!)
Calories burned: 970
Ewen piked out today as he's saving himself for the last 3km of the season tomorrow at track. Good luck Ewen! Instead Marg drove in to meet me after work and ran the East Basin run with me. It was a pleasant temperature as the sun had gone behind a cloud and stayed there! We ran the same route Ewen and I usually run and this time we spotted a little brown fox with a white tip on his tail and sharp pointy ears who hesitated for a moment to have a good look at us before running quickly across the path and off into the distance! There were a surprising number of people out for a run or walk or cycle even through the wetlands which is fairly unusual. It was very pleasant although it took a while for my legs to appreciate more pain after this morning's RPM class which was very intensive!

  1. There's always something interesting to see on that course, and chatting pace is always good :)
