Activity: Swim 6.30am

Distance: 1.2km
Comments: Met CJ at the pool and swam 3 x 400m then off to brekkie at RBB. I had lunch with a friend at Flash Duck's favourite haunt, The Deck. It was a stunning day and delightful sitting out in the sunshine by the lake - such a lovely setting. Tomorrow I will wake naturally - no alarm - and go for a long run to start the weekend.
