This morning I dragged myself out of bed quite early to do a few abs and upper body exercises. I did 2 sets of 15 reps of dumbbell press on the swiss ball, dumbbell lateral raises, dumbbell curls and crunches spending about 25mins doing these.

Tonight was my second yoga class. There's so many good stretches. I can feel it doing me good and the relaxation at the end of class is absolute heaven - nearly as good as chocolate! I've decided I love Wednesdays - only one drawback - I have to go for an early morning run tomorrow!
